Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁性亚微米复合核壳颗粒,是以粒径为80nm-800nm的Fe3O4颗粒为磁性内核、以非晶态SiO2为中间壳层和以具有吸附重金属性能的物质为外层壳层的磁性亚微米复合核壳颗粒。本发明还公开了其制备方法,包括:用溶剂热法制备80-800nm的Fe3O4颗粒作为磁性内核,通过硅源试剂在Fe3O4上碱性水解,并通过羟基脱水缩合得到非晶态SiO2中间壳层,再将具有吸附重金属性能的物质通过化学或物理作用包覆在所获得的亚微米球上,得到磁性亚微米核壳颗粒。该亚微米材料对污水中的重金属离子均有较好的吸附性能,并且材料性质稳定,可磁性回收,无二次污染,复合绿色环保的要求
