一种莫来石纤维的制备方法

本发明公开了一种高效快捷的莫来石纤维绿色低成本制备方法,具体为:按照莫来石纤维化学式中各元素的化学计量比称取原料,配置胶体,然后经成纤、烘干排胶制成莫来石非晶纤维,再将纤维装入由透波材料制成的匣钵内,接着将匣钵放入专业微波炉内,在空气或氧气气氛下,通过调整微波功率,控制升温速率,加热升温至热处理温度,最后冷却至室温,得到莫来石纤维。本发明制得的莫来石纤维相纯度高,晶粒尺寸约30nm,纤维直径6~10μm,孔隙率低。并且产品一致性能优良,大大降低了纤维脆性断裂粉化现象,提高了成品率,另外还降低了热处理温度,缩短了保温时间,大幅提升了生产效率
