本发明公开了一种高致密度铁氧体-碳纳米管复合块体材料的制备方法,具体为:按照铁氧体-碳纳米管复合材料的化学式中各元素的化学计量比称取原料,合成铁氧体-碳纳米管复合材料粉体,再经造粒成型得到铁氧体-碳纳米管复合材料胚体,将该胚体装入由透波材料制成的匣钵内,然后将匣钵放入专业微波炉内,在惰性气氛下,通过调整微波功率,控制升温速率,加热升温至烧结温度,最后冷却至室温,得到铁氧体-碳纳米管复合块体材料。本发明制得的铁氧体-碳纳米管复合块体材料的相对密度高达99.99%,电磁性能优良,并且一致性优良,大大降低了变形开裂现象,提高了成品率,另外还降低了烧结温度,缩短了保温时间,大幅提升了生产效率
