Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物基相容剂和其制备方法及应用。其将聚3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)、聚3-羟基丁酸酯-3-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)、聚乳酸(PLA)及聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)分别进行醇解聚,得到4类醇解聚产物。然后将2类以上产物、一定量的异氰酸酯及抗氧剂进行反应性共混后,得不同的生物基相容剂。将2~20份该相容剂添加到100份生物基树脂中制备复合材料,能明显改善体系界面的相容性,大大提高了复合材料的综合性能,拓展了生物基树脂的应用链。该复合材料能广泛应用在汽车内饰件、文具品、交通路障、体育用品、食品袋、垃圾袋、一次性桌布、户外花盆、饭盒、刀叉等生产或消费领域
