本发明公开了一种大非晶形成能力铁基块体非晶磁性合金材料及制备方法,其分子式为(Fe0.75-aMaB0.25-bSib)1-cNbc,其中M元素为Dy、Tb、Sm、Er、Ga、Y元素中的一种或几种,a、b、c为原子百分比,并且0.005≤a≤0.1、0.03≤b≤0.07、0.02≤c≤0.06。与现有技术相比,本发明合金材料的优点是:具有大的非晶形成能力、良好的磁致伸缩系数以及优异的软磁性能,其约化玻璃转变温度达到0.5~0.7,磁致伸缩系数达到-50×10-6~200×10-6,因其大的非晶形成能力可制得直径在0.5mm~6mm的非晶棒材,因而可以广泛应用在变压器及磁性传感器等领域中
