本发明涉及用熔盐法制备固体氧化物燃料电池纳米钙钛矿型阴极粉体的方法,将金属或过渡元素的盐类按一定配比放置,向其加去离子水或者无水乙醇溶解,将该溶液加热蒸发为饱和溶液或者加热分解为氧化物,将上述饱和溶液或者氧化物倒入混合盐中,混合盐/饱和溶液或者氧化物量按0.1-100计算,充分研磨,将该混合物在空气气氛下,以0.1-100℃/min的升温速度加热至600-1250℃,保温0.1-100小时后冷却;再将熔盐在水中加热溶解后,过滤出不溶的5-2000nm阴极粉末,经水洗、无水乙醇漂洗、干燥后即得,它具有原料成本低、结晶后可以重复使用,粉末具有单一晶相、粒径可控、粒径分布小和工艺简单易放大等优点
