本发明公开了一种高强度连续梯度复合支架,涉及生物医学材料领域,由水凝胶和磁性复合纳米粒子组成,磁性复合纳米粒子在高强度连续梯度复合支架的顶部和底部的重量百分含量分别为0%和8%~70%,磁性复合纳米粒子的重量百分含量从高强度连续梯度复合支架的顶部至底部逐渐增多形成连续梯度分布;水凝胶为聚乙烯醇的水凝胶或者聚乙烯醇与天然材料两者的水凝胶。本发明高强度连续梯度复合支架解决了传统多层支架的界面缺陷问题,能够在保持支架具备力学性能和生物功能的同时,更好地满足骨软骨天然结构的多层次要求。本发明还公开了一种高强度连续梯度复合支架的制备方法,其易于实施和控制,具有广阔的应用前景
