本发明公开了一种新型铁基纳米晶软磁合金及其制备方法。该铁基纳米晶软磁合金的分子式为FexPyCzMaCub,式中M为B、Si、Al、Cr、Mn、Mo和Ge中的一种或多种,x、y、z、a、b分别表示各对应组分的原子百分含量,其中70≤x≤90、1≤y≤20、1≤z≤20、0≤a≤10、0.1≤b≤2,且x+y+z+a+b=100;其微结构为尺寸介于5-40nm的体心立α-Fe纳米晶相与富含磷和碳的非晶相共存,且以非晶相为基体相。与现有的纳米晶软磁合金相比,该合金同时具备高饱和磁感应强度,低矫顽力,低铁损,高磁导率;另外,由于不含Nb、Zr、Co、Ni、Y等贵金属元素,从而大大降低了加工成本,具有优良的应用前景
