本发明公开了一种渗透分离气体的金属-有机骨架材料膜及其制备方法。具体地,本发明公开所述的金属-有机骨架(MOF)膜具有功能基团,所述功能基团有利于其在基底上成核,提高了基底上的成核密度,有利于致密膜的生长;并且功能基团与某些特定的气体之间可以相互作用,有利于气体的选择性透过;本发明所述的膜制备方法,简化了膜的生长过程,同时优化了膜的结构与形貌,提高了膜渗透分离性能。通过本发明制备得到的MOF膜具有高渗透量、高分离系数、低能耗、不产生二次污染的优点,特别适用于H2、CO2、CH4等气体的渗透、分离
