本发明公开了一种氧传感器的电极材料、电极浆料以及电极的制备方法。该电极材料是钙钛矿结构材料;该电极浆料由钙钛矿结构材料与添加物组成,通过控制添加物的成分和含量,增加了电极浆料的粘结性和附着力,降低了烧结温度,提高了催化活性,是制备具有优异性能的氧传感器电极的基础;该电极制备方法采用梯度式烧结工艺,按照一定的升温速率和保温时间将电极浆料烧结在固体电解质上。与现有的铂电极相比,利用本发明的电极材料、电极浆料和电极制备方法得到的氧传感器电极具有价格低廉、附着力强、响应速率快和信号稳定等优点,十分适用于平板式汽车氧传感器
