一种再生纤维素复合膜及其制备方法

本发明公开了一种再生纤维素复合膜,由以下质量百分比60%~97.5%的纤维素和2.5%~40%的卤代高分子组成,具有高韧性、可生物降解、相容性好等特点。本发明还公开了一种再生纤维素复合膜的制备方法,包括:1)将纤维素加入到预处理有机溶剂中,在155~165℃处理0.5~1h,再经过压榨;2)将压榨得到的预处理后的纤维素加入到共溶有机溶剂体系中,搅拌直至产生凝胶,再静置12~30h,得到透明溶液;3)向透明溶液中加入卤代高分子,搅拌共混20~40min,得到混合溶液;4)将混合溶液经过成膜和成膜后处理,得到再生纤维素复合膜,具有制备工艺简单、可控性好、易于工业化生产等特点
