本发明涉及一种竹粉填充生物可降解复合材料及制备方法。本发明的竹粉填充生物可降解复合材料的原料配方及质量份数为生物可降解树脂30~80份、竹粉20~70份、增塑剂1~19份、界面改性剂0.6~6份、助剂4~12份。制备该竹粉填充生物可降解复合材料的方法是:首先将生物可降解树脂、竹粉、增塑剂、界面改性剂、助剂按原料配方比例在搅拌机中混合均匀,然后将所得到的混合物在螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混、造粒,得到粒料,最后将所得到的粒料经过注塑机、片材挤压成型机、吹塑机或吹膜机,在不同形状模具中成型,得到不同形状的竹粉填充生物可降解复合材料。本发明方法生产效率高、成本低廉,制备的竹粉填充材料具有环保性和经济性,并具有良好的使用性能
