本发明公开了一种氧化锌压敏电阻材料,由如下原料制成:ZnO、Bi2O3、Sb2O3、Co2O3、Cr2O3、MnCO3、NiO、Al2O3和硼的氧化物;其中,硼的氧化物以B2O3换算计与ZnO的重量比为2.1~20∶100;ZnO、Bi2O3、Sb2O3、Co2O3、Cr2O3、MnCO3、NiO和Al2O3中各原料的摩尔百分比组成为:90.5%~96.5%ZnO、0.3%~5%Bi2O3、0.1%~3%Sb2O3、0.1%~2%Co2O3、0.1%~1%Cr2O3、0.2%~2%MnCO3、0.1%~1%NiO和0.005%~0.05%Al2O3;该材料的电压敏综合性能优良。本发明还公开了该材料的制备方法,工艺简单、成本低,适于工业化生产
