Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高镁合金抗磨损性能的碳膜及其制备方法,该碳膜为类金刚石薄膜,并且该类金刚石薄膜中含有原子百分比为2%~10%的金属元素。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:在类金刚石薄膜中引入微量金属元素,在极大降低薄膜内应力同时,对类金刚石薄膜硬度损伤较小,可以较大提高类金刚石薄膜与镁合金基体的附着力和镁合金的耐磨损寿命
