本发明公开了一种用于制备高强度超薄阳极支撑型固体氧化物燃料电池的方法,所述方法包括先将阳极支撑体的浆料通过流延法制备出一定厚度的阳极支撑体生坯,然后使用空气直接喷涂法将活性阳极浆料和电解质浆料喷涂到阳极支撑体生坯上,再将该复合材料的生坯以一定升温速率升到一定温度进行焙烧得到半电池,最后通过空气喷涂法将阴极浆料喷涂在半电池上,经过烘干、焙烧等步骤得到单电池。本发明得到的平板式单电池具有阳极支撑体机械强度高、活性阳极均匀薄、方法具有条件易控、工艺简单和便于工业放大等优点
