Este trabajo pretende aportar algunos datos sobre la creación y tareas
encomendadas a las Instructoras Diplomadas Rurales y su papel en la transformación
del campo extremeño. Las difíciles condiciones socioeconómicas
que atravesaba Badajoz requirió de estrategias de desarrollo que exigía una
ineludible capacitación agropecuaria de las mujeres campesinas, quedando
éstas en manos de las Instructoras Rurales.
Desarrollamos esta investigación asumiendo un enfoque cualitativo,
considerando la historia oral de ineludible utilidad para la Historia de la
Educación. En este sentido, mostramos el resultado de una entrevista que tiene
como protagonista a una supervisora de Instructoras Rurales.This paper provides some information about the creation and tasks
entrusted to the Rural Qualified Instructors and their role in the transformation
of the countryside of Extremadura. The difficult economic conditions required
