This study aims to obtain objective information about the impact of economy sociology in car free day for street vendors in the city of Pontianak which include: (1) the production of economic activities of street vendors, (2) the distribution of economic activities of street vendors, (3) public consumption activities of car free day, (4) the level cost of goods which street vendors sold on the car free day. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The research location was on Ahmad Yani street as the location of the implementation of car free day in Pontianak
