Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sub Materi Kingdom Plantae dengan Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing di SMP

Abstract

: This research is a classroom action research that aims to increase student's learning achievements using the guided inquiry learning model in submaterial Kingdom Plantae in class VII C SMP Negeri 1 Terentang. The sampel of this research is the studens of class VII C which is consist of 28 students, 15 boys and 13 girls. This classroom action research conducted in two cycles with two meetings. The research instrument that used in this research was a multiple choice tests. The number of tasks was 20 in first cycle and 15 in second cycle. The results showed the increasing of student's learning achievements. In the first cycle, the average value of student's learning achievements was 71,43 with percentage of completeness of 67,86% and in the second cycle, the average value of student's learning achievements was 81,19 with percentage of completeness of 82,14%. The implementation process of learning using the guided inquiry learning model in first cycle reached 94,74% of adherence percentage, while in second cycle the percentage of adherence was 100%. It was concluded that the use of the guided inquiry learning model can increase the student's learning achievement in submaterial Kingdom Plantae in class VII C SMP Negeri 1 Terentang
