This thesis effectiveness of the allocation of funds aspirations in political representation (Study of Political Representation Function Assembly Members Singkawang Period 2009-2014). From the results of this thesis research we concluded that that the role of Parliament is basically a community itself, where people become a part of his net bias existing government. The role of Parliament Singkawang in building and increasing public participation in the patterns of aspiration of society is used for this, not only refers to the rules / rules of law that apply, but many use a variety of ways that is effective, is to make it easier for members parliament in getting or obtaining aspirations of the people from all walks of life. This means that the role of Parliament should always put the interests of the wider community, where people not only as objects but the subjects or actors of government ada.Dapat assessed in general that the efforts that have been made in absorbing Singkawang City Council, accommodating and following up aspirations of the people already optimal. This is evident from the efforts taken in providing a space for people to express their aspirations and participate already optimak. In addition to aspirations and working visits are formally committed DPRD Singkawang in people\u27s aspirations, also performed aspiration communities with informal ways in which it mostly is the initiative of each every member of Parliament, among others, through a working visit informally, through each party activities, dialogue with non-governmental organizations or educational institutions as well as local community cultural approach. Recommendations from this thesis is Need for socialization programs / activities performed well in their respective fields Singkawang City Council committee intensively to the community, so that people know both legal mechanisms and administrative follow-up to the aspirations masyarakat.Perlu Council examined the possibility entitles the same budgeting between local governments and legislators, as these two agencies is a fiduciary and have the same position in local governance.
