Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Medik Rumah Sakit Fathma Medika Gresik)

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and examine the influence among the variables in tis study. Influences that tested in this study include, the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, and the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The research type used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Samples taken 47 medical employees of Fathma Medika Hospital Gresik. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The statistical analysis used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis consisting of path analysis and t test with SPSS version 18.0. Based on the path analysis result, showed that organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, with beta coefficient of 0.539 or 53.9% (0.000 value of significance). Organizational commitment has a direct and significant effect on employees performance, direct effect with a beta coefficient of 0.285 or 28,5% and 0.020 value of significance. The indirect effect of organizational commitment on employees performance through organizational citizenship behavior, can be explained by 0.300 or 30%. Organizational citizenship behavior significant influence employees performance with a beta coefficient of 0.557 or 55.7% (0.000 value of significance). АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh yang diuji tersebut antara lain, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 47 karyawan medik RS Fathma Medika Gresik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yang terdiri dari analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji t dengan SPSS versi 18
