Legal relationship between PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Pontianak with customer service users credit card is based on agreements, whose format has been prepared by the bank in the agreement raw, so from a legal relationship can give rise to rights and obligations between the customer with the bank , The rights of the holder of a credit card can not be well protected by the issuing bank, causing inconvenience to the cardholder in a transaction using a credit card.
