The Service Allocation Model for non-medical support services in hospitals (LemoS) is based on the SN EN 15221-4 norm and visualizes the different service levels in hospitals, specifically focusing on the non-medical hospital services. Its systematical and comprehensive approach enables a common understanding of Facility Management services in hospitals and as such provides the basis for more aligned research and development in the Facility Management discipline.
