Désert de Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio: analyse d’éléments descriptifs et interprétation écocritique

Abstract

Cet article tente une approche du roman Désert de Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio, écrivain français prix Nobel de littérature 2008, du point de vue de l’écocritique. En conséquence, nous analyserons la présence des éléments de la nature et l’utilisation que l’auteur en fait dans ce roman ainsi que les rapports qui s’établissent entre eux et le personnage principal, Lalla Hawa, la fille du désert.The aim of this paper is to present an approach to the novel Désert, by the 2008 Nobel Prize Jean Marie Gustave Le Clézio, from the point of view of ecocritics. Thus, the presence and treatment of natural elements in this novel will be analysed, mainly focussing on the relationship between the aforementioned elements and the main character, Lalla Hawa, daughter of the desert
