La noción de buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo y su incidencia en la prevención de conflictos societarios en Colombia

Abstract

La presente monografía jurídica tiene como objetivo primordial analizar la noción de buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo. Inicialmente, se abordará desde un enfoque histórico, tendiente a descubrir los orígenes de dicha noción y su posterior evolución dentro del entramado societario. Posteriormente, se analizarán las principales recomendaciones en la materia en el contexto internacional y nacional, determinado el estado de adopción de las buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo. Lo anterior desembocará en el estudio de la incidencia de dicho concepto en la prevención de conflictos societarios en Colombia y una serie de conclusiones concretas sobre su implementación.The main objective of this legal monograph is to analyze the notion of good corporate governance practices. Initially, it will be approached from a historical perspective, tending to discover the origins of this notion and its subsequent evolution within the societal framework. Subsequently, the main recommendations in the matter will be analyzed in the international and national context, to determine the status of adoption of good corporate governance practices. The foregoing will lead to the study of the incidence of this concept in the prevention of corporate conflicts in Colombia and a series of concrete conclusions on its implementation.Abogado (a)Pregrad
