La Clínica Juan N. Corpas actualmente maneja un archivo en el cual reposa la información de todos los usuarios que acceden a los servicios de la clínica. Tienen organizada la información por áreas y buscan mantener los documentos en condiciones óptimas para un buen flujo, integridad y disponibilidad de la información.
Lo que se busca en este trabajo es verificar en qué condiciones está el archivo de la Clínica Juan N. Corpas, teniendo como marco referencial, contextual y normativo lo que propone desde hace 18 años el AGN y lo que la clínica puede hacer en este momento con el archivo a partir del estado en que se encuentra actualmente.
Primero se verifica la normativa en Colombia a nivel documental para las historias clínicas, más adelante se diagnostica el estado actual del archivo y se compara con lo analizado en la normativa analíticamente y después se toman los resultados analizados para resaltar los procesos que tiene la Clínica y que puede mantener y reforzar en cuanto a su funcionamiento en el archivo actual.
Para esto se realizan intervenciones dentro de la clínica para determinar las posibles causas de problemas internos en el establecimiento y se diagnostica un balance general del funcionamiento del archivo.
Posteriormente se analizan los resultados y se propone vincular un marco legal para posibles alternativas de cambio en el archivo general de la clínica.
Por último, se indica un modelo de Gestión Documental basado en lo que el AGN tras los últimos 18 años ha querido vincular en los procesos archivísticos de las empresas públicas y privadas en todos los sectores de la industria colombiana, a partir de la sugerencia en cuanto a la aplicación de la normativa del AGN desde el año 2000 hasta la fecha indicada en el Normograma adjunto, también se implementa el modelo del Plan Institucional de Archivos (PINAR), el cual se contempla en el artículo 8 del Decreto 2609 de 2012 “Por el cual se reglamenta el Título V de la Ley 594 de 2000, parcialmente los artículos 58 y 59 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia de Gestión Documental para todas las Entidades del Estado”.The Juan N. They have organized the information by areas and seek to keep the documents in optimal conditions for good flow, integrity and availability of information.
What we are looking for in this work is to verify the conditions of the Juan N. Corpas Clinic file, taking as a reference, contextual and normative framework what the AGN has been proposing for 18 years and what the clinic can do at this moment. with the file from the state it is currently in.
First the regulations in Colombia are verified at the documentary level for the medical records, later the current state of the file is diagnosed and compared with what is analyzed in the regulations analytically and then the analyzed results are taken to highlight the processes that the Clinic has and that it can maintain and reinforce in terms of its operation in the current file.
For this, interventions are carried out within the clinic to determine the possible causes of internal problems in the establishment and a general balance of the operation of the file is diagnosed.
Subsequently, the results are analyzed and a legal framework is proposed for possible alternatives for change in the clinic's general file.
Finally, a Document Management model is indicated, based on what the AGN has wanted to link in the archival processes of public and private companies in all sectors of Colombian industry after the last 18 years, based on the suggestion that to the application of the AGN regulations from the year 2000 until the date indicated in the attached Normogram, the model of the Institutional File Plan (PINAR) is also implemented, which is contemplated in article 8 of Decree 2609 of 2012 "Por which is regulated Title V of Law 594 of 2000, partially Articles 58 and 59 of Law 1437 of 2011 and other provisions are issued in the field of Document Management for all State Entities.Profesional en Ciencia de la Información - Bibliotecólogo (a)Pregrad
