Tesis (Magíster en Psicología Clínica)En el presente articulo, se pretende hacer referencia al tema del sujeto y la
responsabilidad de sus actos, para lo se tomará en consideración las perspectivas
psicoanalítica y la de la doctrina jurídica. Para dicho propósito, se hará una revisión
del concepto de sujeto en nuestra legislación, lo que llevará a indagar en la noción de
responsabilidad e imputabilidad, referida al caso de los enajenados mentales. Luego,
se revisará la concepción de sujeto para el psicoanálisis, para finalizar planteando
como es la responsabilidad del sujeto en psicoanálisis.In this article, it is intended to refer to the subject matter and the
responsibility for their actions, for it will take into account the perspectives of
psychoanalytic and legal doctrine. For this purpose, there will be a revision of the
concept of a subject in our legislation, which will explore the notion of responsibility
and accountability, referring to the case of the mentally insane. Then, review the
