Abstract
Esta investigación de tipo cuantitativo, presenta a través del enfoque de derechos humanos, un balance de la garantía del derecho a la educación primaria, secundaria y media en el sector oficial para las 20 localidades que componen la ciudad de Bogotá durante los años 2010-2015. Lo anterior, resaltando las ventajas de dicho enfoque de derechos humanos y de la perspectiva de justicia social de la igualdad de posiciones, con respecto a la teoría del capital humano y la igualdad de oportunidades, respectivamente.The aim of this quantitative research, based on a human rights approach, is to establish a balance for the right to primary, basic and secondary education being guaranteed in 20 localities of Bogotá for the period 2010-2015. The forgoing highlights the advantage of the human’s rights-based approach and the social justice of equal positions perspective in relation to the human capital theory and equality of opportunities, respectively.Politólogo (a)Pregrad
