Abstract
Los espacios propuestos a nivel colectivo que trabajan los conceptos de co-vivir y co- trabajar, se encuentran actualmente en auge. Estos espacios generan mayores oportunidades para el trabajo colectivo, la flexibilidad espacial, el uso de tecnologías, entre otros. Mi propuesta plantea aprovechar este aumento en el interés por compartir espacios, para plantear una manera de renovar un sector de la ciudad que cuenta con las siguientes características : gran cantidad de bienes de interés cultural, baja densidad poblacional, zonas verdes , sector central en la ciudad, gran flujo de personas, entre otros. Dicho sector es la Soledad, la propuesta se implantara propiamente en los alrededores del Park Way.
Se plantea generar unos espacios de co-living y co-working que respondan a los nuevos estilos de vida . La propuesta plantea un cambio en los espacios para que en estos prime el uso común sobre el privado, la vida colaborativa sobre la individual. Dicha propuesta se desarrollara en construcciones existentes, entendiendo la importancia del paisaje urbano histórico del sector. De manera que los edificios intervenidos serán renovados para ser reutilizados y adaptados para que estos respondan a las nuevas formas de vida.The spaces proposed at the collective level, that work on the concepts of co-living and co-working are currently on the rise. My proposal is to take advantage of this increase on the interest to share spaces, to propose a way to renew a sector of the city that has the following characteristics: great amount of buildings of cultural interest, low population density, green areas, central sector in the city, great flow of people, among others. This sector is the Soledad, the proposal will be implemented in the vicinity of the Park Way.
It is proposed to generate spaces for co-living and co-working that respond to new lifestyles. The is to make a change in the way we construct spaces so that in the common use prevails over the private one, the collaborative life over the individual one. This proposal will be developed in existing buildings, understanding the importance of the historic urban landscape of the sector.
