RESUMEN: El presente proyecto se trata de un estudio que tiene por objeto analizar desde la perspectiva del Derecho Administrativo la transformación de la que el sistema sanitario está siendo testigo. Dichos cambios vienen impulsados por el avance tecnológico y han creado el fenómeno llamado “salud electrónica”.
