본 연구는 국내외 환경변화에 맞춰 울산항만공사가 어떻게 경쟁력을 확보하며, 어떤 방법으로 지속적인 성장을 추구할 것이며, 이를 위해 어떤 중장기 발전방안을 수립해야 하는지를 구체적으로 제시하였다. 울산항만공사의 발전방안을 실현하기 위하여, SWOT/AHP 분석을 이용하였으며, 실증분석을 바탕으로 울산항만공사의 전략적 발전방안을 우선순위별로 S/O전략, W/O전략, S/T전략, W/T전략 순으로 수립하여 제시하고, 4대전략과 10대 추진과제를 설정하고 2차 AHP 분석을 통하여 추진과제를 제시하였다.
This paper aims to propose practical and effective research result which can contribute to fulfill the strategy od Ulsan Port Authority, ultimately proposing tasks and strategies of development plan to the policy maker to make the right decision.
