EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SEKOLAH RUMAH ( HOMESCHOOLING ) STUDI KASUS PADA SEKOLAH RUMAH PRIMAGAMA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This study aimed to describe: 1) How Primagama processing the recruitment of learners and tutor 2) What is the purpose Primagama homeschooling program 3) The form of learning curriculum used in teaching and learning 4) How Primagama implement learning processes that exist to learners, and 5) What results are acquired by the learners after attending a Primagama homeschooling program. This research is a case study. The subjects of this research are educators, homeschooling students, parents and manager of Primagama homeschooling program. The data was collected by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher is the main instrument in conducting research assisted by international observation, interview guidelines, and guidelines documentation. The techniques use within data analysis is data reduction, presentation of data and making conclusions. Triangulation is conducted to explain the validity of the data by using the source. The results showed that: 1) recruitment of students by Primagama homeschooling program conducted by socialization through the Internet and brochures on the public. 2) Primagama homeschooling recruiting educators who are members of i-smart community. 3) The curriculum form that is used for student grade 1-5 elementary school, student grade 7 and 8 junior high school, student grade 10 and 11 senior high school is the KTSP curriculum, while for the 6th grade elementary school, 9th grade junior high school, 12th grade senior high school is curriculum1994, curriculum 2004, the curriculum 2006 or KTSP. 4) the process of learning in the Primagama homeschooling using the monthly credit system (SKB). 5) result acquired after homeschooling program is a diploma either formal or informal.
