viPENERAPAN SANITASI HIGIENE DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3)PADA PEMBELAJARAN PRAKTIK(Studi Kasus pada Siswa Kelas X Program Keahlian Patiseri SMK Negeri 6Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012)Oleh :Nur Dahlia WijayantiNIM. 04511241003ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sanitasi higienedan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di pembelajaran praktik oleh siswakelas X program keahlian Patiseri SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran2011/2012 dari permulaan praktik, selama proses pengolahan, dan akhir praktik.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatanstudi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program keahlianPatiseri SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2011/ 2012 sejumlah 38 siswaTeknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan pemberian angket/ kuesioner. Ujivaliditas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitasinstrumen menggunakan koefisien cronbach’s alpha. Dari 35 butir soal angketpengetahuan diperoleh 32 butir soal yang valid dan dari 44 butir soal angket skalasikap diperoleh 40 butir soal yang valid. Reliabilitas angket soal pengetahuandiperoleh  cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,985, dan soal skala sikap juga realiabeldengan indeks cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,989. Teknik analisa data adalahkuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus statistik deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Sanitasi Higiene dan K3(Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di dapur dari awal praktik, selama prosespengolahan hingga penyajian atau akhir praktik oleh siswa kelas X ProgramKeahlian Patiseri SMK N 6 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2011/2012 telah diterapkandi pembelajaran praktik. Penerapan Sanitasi Higiene dan K3 (Keselamatan danKesehatan Kerja) pada pembelajaran praktik pada siswa kelas X Patiseri dilihatdari penguasaan aspek pengetahuan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik denganpersentase 87,5%. Pada aspek skala sikap siswa kelas X patiseri pun masukdalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase keseluruhan 84,6%. PenerapanSanitasi Higiene dan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) pada pembelajaranpraktik siswa kelas X Patiseri dilihat dari hasil observasi pada proses pengolahandiperoleh persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat diterapkan.Kata kunci: penerapan, sanitasi higiene, K3, patiseriAPPLICATION OF HYGIENE SANITATION AND SAFETY And HEALTH OCCUPATION INTO PRACTICAL LEARNING  (Study Case Of The Students Of Patiseri Department Grade X Of SMK N 6 Yogyakarta2011/2012 School Year)  By : Nur Dahlia Wijayanti NIM. 04511241003   ABSTRACT   This research is aimed to know the application of hygiene sanitation and safety and health occupation (K3) in practical  learning by students of SMK N 6 Yogyakarta patiseri department grade X 2011/2012 school year, started from the beginning of practic, during the process until the end of practic.  This research is a descriptive research using study case approach. Population in this research is 38 students of SMK N 6 Yogyakarta patiseri department grade X 2011/2012 school year. Collecting data technique is using observation and giving questionnaires to students. The instrument validity is tested using product moment correlation and the instrument realibility is tested using cronbach alpha.  From 35 multiple choice questionnaires there are 32 valid ones, and from 44 likert scale questionnaires there are 40 valid ones. Reliability of  themultiple choice questionnaires result in 0,985 cronbach alpha and the likert scale questionnaires is also reliable with 0,989 cronbach alpha index. Data is analyzed using quantitative technique with descriptive statistic formula.  The research result shows that the application of hygiene sanitation and safety and health occupation in the kitchen from the beginning of practic, during the process until serving or the end of practic by students of SMK N 6 Yogyakarta patiseri department grade X 2011/2012 school year, has been applied in practical learning. The application of  hygiene sanitation and safety and health occupation (K3) in practical learning of patiseri department students grade Xin the point of cognitive comprehence is classified into very good category with the percentage of 87,5%. In the likert scale they are also classified into very good category with 84,6% of whole percentage. From the result of observation in practic process,the application hygiene sanitation and safety and health occupation in practical learning of students grade X patiseri department results in 90% of percentage with very applicable category.
