Diagnosis of the regulatory framework related to the use of non-wood forest products by the regional autonomous corporations.

16 páginas.Para el Estado colombiano, y a pesar de la importancia que tienen los PFNM, estos solo fueron incluidos en la normatividad hasta el año 1996 mediante el Régimen de Aprovechamiento Forestal, pero si bien están contemplados, su aprovechamiento no está reglamentado como tal, sino que se delega en las corporaciones autónomas regionales dicha función. Por lo que en este artículo, a través de la compilación, análisis y comparación de la reglamentación emitida por las corporaciones, se realiza un diagnóstico del marco normativo, en el que se establece que solo 10 corporaciones, que equivalen al 30% han reglamentado, mediante la emisión de actos administrativos, el aprovechamiento de los PFNM en el área de su jurisdicción, y que en la mayoría de dichos actos administrativos los lineamientos están orientados al aprovechamiento de tres (3) PFNM de uso ancestral y de importancia económica, dejando de lado otras especies y PFNM.For the Colombian government, and despite the importance of NWFP, these were only included in the regulations until 1996 through the “Régimen de Aprovechamiento Forestal”, but although they are contemplated, their use is not regulated as such, but rather delegates this function in the regional autonomous corporations.
