Proposal for the design of a technical instrument that allows to optimize the handling of waste waste, based on the regulations and guidelines exposed at the district level for these residues

22 páginas : tablas.La generación excesiva de los residuos de construcción y demolición que se puede evidenciar hoy en día en las obras de ingeniería se alude principalmente a la falta de medidas y gestiones llevadas a cabo en la obra, el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo el diseño de un instrumento técnico que permita optimizar el manejo de residuos pétreos teniendo como base requerimientos y parámetros referidos por la normativa , guías a nivel distrital, plan y guía de manejo de estos residuos en países como México y Costa Rica respectivamente, a partir de esta investigación se extraen elementos que contiene el instrumento diseñado el cual se divide en dos fases planeación y construcción, la primera tiene como enfoque las actividades que se deben ejecutar antes del inicio de obra y que permitirán prevenir y/o disminuir los residuos pétreos en la fase posterior, la segunda fase es la construcción donde se indica las medidas de manejo que se deben llevar a cabo con el material pétreo para prevenir la contaminación y perdida del mismo, así mismo se indican las acciones que se deben tener para la correcta gestión del residuo en la obra y fuera de esta. Se considera que este instrumento adaptado a las condiciones de obra puede ser de gran utilidad para prevenir y reducir la generación de residuos pétreos, además puede llegar a ser un instrumento de control en el manejo de los materiales y tiempos, que permitirá desarrollar la obra de una forma más eficiente.Excessive generation from construction and demolition waste which is evident in construction engineering nowadays mainly refers to the lack of measurements and arrangements carried out at construction, the aim of this project has to do with the design of a technical instrument that allows stony waste handling to optimize based on requirements and parameters referred by the regulations, guides at district levels, planning and guidance handling of this kind of waste in countries such as Mexico and Costa Rica respectively, from this research the elements which contain the designed instrument are deduced, this designed is divided into two phases planning and construction, the first phase is focused on the activities which must be done before the beginning of construction, these activities will permit to prevent or reduce the stony waste at the following phase, the second phase is the construction where handling measurements to be carried out with the stony material to avoid pollution and loss of itself are shown, in the same way, actions to be taken for the correct waste handling inside and outside the construction are also shown. It is considered that this instrument adapted to construction conditions can be greatly useful to prevent and reduce stony waste generation, besides, it can become a control instrument in the material and timing management which will allow the construction to develop in a more efficient way
