Ao longo dos últimos três anos, a adoção de políticas de austeridade em Portugal – reforçadas com a presença da Troika (Banco Central Europeu, Comissão Europeia e Fundo Monetário Internacional) no país – reconfigurou consideravelmente o panorama das relações laborais, afetando salários, condições de trabalho, tempos de trabalho, vidas das pessoas, etc., deitando por terra conquistas do passado e criando um panorama sombrio quanto ao futuro. Num quadro em que se acentuam os desequilíbrios nas relações laborais, procura-se aqui a identificação de alguns impactos sobre o “fator trabalho” (designadamente sobre o campo sindical), e ainda uma sistematização dos tipos de respostas organizadas convocadas nesse campo.Over the last three years, the adoption of austerity policies in Portugal - enhanced with the presence of the Troika (European Central Bank, European Commission and International Monetary Fund) in the country - significantly reshaped the landscape of labor relations, affecting wages, working conditions, working times, people's lives, etc., overturning past achievements and creating a bleak outlook for the future. Under such a framework, in which imbalances in labor relations are reinforced, we seek here to identify some impacts in the "weakest link" of the employment relationship, particularly in the trade union field, and also a systematization of the types of organized responses in this field
