Moral distress is one of the ethical problems in Care-Health professional that can will be
various affected in on nursing. One of subject that can on intensive of moral distress and
response of nursing the effect is them empowerment in the work environment. So this study
has been aimed to determine the relationship between moral distress & Empowerment
