Background and aim: Diaper dermatitis is said an inflammation of the superfacial layers of the skin in the area of the perineum, buttocks, lower abdomen. in some studies, magnesium as an anti-inflammatory agent, has been named. This study examined the impact of using magnesium cream treat diaper rash is done. methods:In a clinical trial study, 64 children under two years of age with Diapr dermatitis referred to the pediatric department of Hajar hospital were recruited through random sampling. Patients were randomly divided into two groups of 32 each. The first group received calendula cream magnesium compound and the second group received a single calendula cream. Recovery time in the two groups were compared.. Result:The results showed that the healing time for the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group p = (0/00) Conclution:Based on these results it can be concluded that magnesium has a great impact on the treatment of dermatitis Diapr children can be children and even the rest of the material in the treatment of atopic dermatitis Diapr use
