Recaída como oportunidad para continuar desplegando los recursos noéticos: un caso de trastorno dependiente

Abstract

This article is based on a study case carried out through the existential phenomenological method and especially the Logotherapeutic perspective of Viktor Frankl. Where different categories and subcategories of noological resources are analyzed, deployed in a process of Clinical Logotherapy in a 31-year-old woman who meets the criteria for a diagnosis of dependent disorder, according to DSM V, where it seeks to answer the following questions: Can the deployment of Noetic Resources transform first and second level coping strategies in dependent personality disorder? What variables are involved in the relapse to first-level strategies? How does relapse become an opportunity to continue the process of unfolding noetic resources? The consultant not only promotes changes in her initial diagnosis of a dependent personality disorder, but also identifies relapse as an opportunity to enhance the deployment of her noetic resources and improve coping strategies; that facilitate the consultant, make decisions regarding her life, assuming her well-being from freedom and with responsibility, enjoying her loneliness, identifying what connects her with life, self-regulating emotions and alcohol intake, seeking to establish relationships not from dependence but from differentiation and freedom.MaestríaMagister en Psicologí
