En las siguientes páginas, se llevará a cabo un estudio que parte de las principales investigaciones que hasta el momento se han ocupado de la historia de la presencia cristiana en la ciudad de Guadix, contrastándolo con un análisis actualizado de la documentación de archivo referente a esta cuestión. El objetivo de este preámbulo no es otro que el de establecer un estudio sobre los orígenes de las parroquias históricas de esta ciudad, a través de los aspectos y condicionantes de su evolución histórico artística.In the following pages, a study will be carried out that starts from the main investigations occupied in the history of the Christian presence in Guadix.
