Abstract

Este documento está compuesto de cinco partes. En la primera parte se desarrolla el marco de referencia, en el que se toman como principales nociones neoinstitucionalismo, cooperación internacional, capacidad comercial, en la segunda parte se tienen en cuenta los Tratados de Libre Comercio como política de comercio internacional de Colombia, en tercer lugar se efectúa un análisis de los Tratados de Libre Comercio, tomando especial relevancia en los realizados por Colombia ante los Estados Unidos y Canadá. Ulteriormente, Se plantea el diseño metodológico, el cual lleva al análisis de resultados de la comparación entre los TLC ya mencionados. Para terminar con las principales conclusiones que surgen del estudio.This document is made by five parts. In the first part is developed the reference framework, which takes as main notions the neo-institutionalism, international cooperation, and commercial capacity concepts. The second part considers the free trade agreements as instruments of the international trade policy of Colombia.
