El presente artículo pretende exponer los procesos que deben desarrollarse para realizar la gestión de riesgos en la Estrategia de Tutores Departamentales del Ministerio de Cultura y la Red Nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas, aplicando las acciones pertinentes para su adopción en el proyecto, dadas las características del mismo y el entorno en el que se desenvuelve; para ello se utilizó como referente la metodología planteada por el PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).The following article is trying to explain the processes needed to develop the management and risk on the strategy of the departamental tutors from the ministry of culture and the public libraries national organization, applying the procedures to take action on the project, following the charateristics that surround the Project itself, using as a reference the methods raised by the PMBOK.
