Abstract

El operador jurídico al aplicar el principio de favorabilidad debe verificar un cúmulo de leyes en el tiempo, es decir identificar la validez temporal de la ley penal o principio de estricta legalidad de la conducta punible y de la pena, propugnando la seguridad jurídica en sus fallos, teniendo en cuenta la irretroactiva y ultractiva de la ley, aristas que componen lo principios de favorabilidad y legalidad, partes integrales del debido proceso.
