Identification for the improvement of alternative energy perfomance in the SENA - Financial Services Center - Capital Regional District – Colombia

Abstract

El desempeño energético incluye el uso, la eficiencia y el consumo de la energía por lo que permite adoptar en la organización diferentes actividades para obtener reducción de los costos, mejorando las operaciones de sus sistemas, sus procesos o sus equipamientos y disminuyendo la contaminación ambiental. En este trabajo es presentada la alternativa que contribuye al mejoramiento en el desempeño energético en uno de los centros de formación del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, la cual se obtuvo inicialmente por medio del análisis del diagnóstico, en donde se recopilo información del consumo, equipos que usan energía y obras realizadas durante un periodo de tiempo establecido, además se observó los resultados obtenidos a través de la aplicación de una encuesta para identificar las prácticas de los funcionarios en referencia al ahorro y uso eficiente del recurso, identificando los factores que afectan al consumo del recurso. Por último, se analizaron todas las variables obtenidas y las diferentes medidas que el mercado actual ofrece y que se pueden adoptar como herramientas útiles y eficaces para la disminución de gastos que acarrea el empleo de la energía, la disposición de residuos peligrosos, así mismo el cumplimiento a la legislación energética y a los compromisos ambientales de la organización inmersos en su política ambiental.Energy performance includes the use of, efficiency and energy consumption so that it can adopt different activities in the organization to obtain cost reduction, improving the operations of their systems, processes or equipment reducing environmental pollution. This paper presents the alternative that contributes to the improvement of energy performance in one of the training centers of the National Learning Service SENA, which was initially obtained through the analysis of the energy diagnosis, where information was collected on consumption, equipment that uses energy and works carried out over a set period of time, in addition the results obtained through the application of a survey to identify the practices of the officials in reference to the saving and efficient use of the energy were observed, identifying the factors that affect the consumption of the resource. Finally, we analyzed all the variables obtained and the different measures that the current market offers and that can be adopted as useful and effective tools for the reduction of expenses that entails the use of energy, the disposal of hazardous waste, as well as compliance to the energy legislation and the environmental commitments of the organization immersed in its environmental policy
