Proposal of associativity Process of curuba and pear fruit growers in the villages Pozo Negro and Sorca of the Márquez Province in the department of Boyaca

Abstract

Plan de investigación contiene una descripción de las problemáticas de la región determinadas con la metodología de construcción del árbol del problema; la definición del objetivo generales y específicos del trabajo de investigación, y por medio del marco referencial se realizó un análisis de entorno económico, social y político, relacionado con la producción agropecuaria, adicionalmente se hace un recuento de los factores normativos de interés para el sector y para el proyecto y se termina el ejercicio de este capítulo con la estructura metodológica cuya principal característica tiene un énfasis en el desarrollo del factor humano y la productividad a través de buenas prácticas agrícolas sin descuidar los otros temas de interés para el desarrollo del proyecto. La segunda parte del proyecto se desarrolla en un diagnóstico local de la zona de interés del proyecto, para encontrar los principales factores de construcción de los procesos asociativos, el ejercicio se construye en conjunto con la comunidad y es sustentada en una encuesta exploratoria In situ que queda sistematizada y hace parte de los anexos en el presente documento. La tercera parte es la construcción de estrategias que incentivan el fortalecimiento institucional enfocado en aspectos administrativos o de constitución, producción, comercialización y financieros, con el objetivo de aumentar el desarrollo de la población rural, por medio de una mesa general que determina cuántas mesas temáticas de trabajo son necesarias para el desarrollo del proceso, y en ellas validar las estrategias planteadas en un ejercicio de socialización, discusión y ajuste, por medio de la participación de los involucrados, quienes deberán definir el plan de acción que garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos. Finalmente se construye un matriz de evaluación por puntos, que incluye las principales temáticas de los diferentes componentes de interés, la forma de ejecución, la favorabilidad, el tipo de riesgo del proyecto y la puntuación que determina las fortalezas y debilidades reales del sector.Research plan contains a description of the problems of the region determined with the construction methodology problem tree; the definition of general and specific objective of the research work, and by means of the framework analysis of environmental economic, social and political performed, related to agricultural production, additionally a count of regulatory factors relevant to the sector is and for the project and the exercise of this chapter ends with the methodological structure whose main characteristic is an emphasis on the development of human factor and productivity through good agricultural practices without neglecting other issues of interest to the project. The third part is the construction of strategies that encourage institutional strengthening focused on administrative or constitution, production, marketing and financial aspects, in order to increase the development of the rural population, by means of a general table which determines how many thematic tables work are necessary for the development of the process, and they validate the strategies presented in an exercise of socialization, discussion and adjustment, through the participation of those involved, who must define the plan of action to ensure compliance with the objectives strategic. Finally, an evaluation matrix points, including the main themes of the different components of interest, the embodiment, favorability, the type of project risk and score that determines the strengths and weaknesses of the sector real is built.Pregrad
