En el presente trabajo se analizó el impacto del cambio climático sobre las variables
de precipitación y temperatura según los datos oficiales del IDEAM, y la incidencia
que estos tendrán sobre el caudal de las captaciones del acueducto de San Gil
(Santander). Para esto se realizaron visitas a la Empresa de Acueducto,
Alcantarillado y Aseo de San Gil -ACUASAN, a sus captaciones, conducción y sus
plantas de tratamiento. Se recopilo y analizo información oficial del IDEAM sobre el
cambio climático y los impactos que este generara para el periodo 2071-2100 en el
departamento de Santander específicamente municipio de San Gil. Posteriormente
a esto se hizo un análisis cualitativo para observar el impacto que generará el
cambio climático en el caudal de las fuentes de abastecimiento de agua del
municipio de San Gil (Santander).In this paper the impact of climate change on the variables analyzed
