Abstract

Este documento analiza la necesidad y el valor de un líder para un grupo de trabajo, pero tomando como referente la perspectiva interna del mismo, al proponer que puede ser muy benéfico para el líder y la empresa encontrar personas dentro del equipo que puedan servir también de impulsadores del trabajo de sus compañeros, sin que por ello se convierta en un reemplazo del jefe-líder.This paper analyzes the necessity and value of a leader of a working group, but taking as reference the internal perspective of it, proposing that it can be very beneficial for the leader and the company to find people within the team that they can also serve as boosters of the work of their peers, without thereby is become a replacement boss-leader.Pregrad
