Direct and indirect methods comparison in generation of orthophotos and digital terrain models based in topographic and conventional photogrammetry survey with no metric cameras in the plant wastewater treatment of Valledupar

Abstract

El objetivo es llegar a una conclusión acerca de la diferencia que existe entre la información topográfica obtenida indirectamente a través de tecnologías fotogramétricas, ya sean aerotransportadas por medio unidades autónomas de vuelo o por aeronaves livianas, teniendo como sensor cámaras no métricas de alta resolución y la información tridimensional obtenida a través de equipos de medición directa o equipos de topografía de alta precisión. Para esto se extrajeron los datos en formato vectorial del levantamiento topográfico con coordenadas (x, y, z) para que sea posible realizar una comparación con la misma información representada en formato raster, la cual fue extraída por medio de la digitalización de los detalles interpretados en la imagen de alta resolución. Finalmente se hace un análisis de la precisión de la información espacial en formato raster asumiendo como absoluta la información vectorial levantada con topografía de alta precisión y aplicando la normatividad existente en el país para encontrar las posibles capacidades y aplicaciones que puedan tener este tipo de información geográfica. Se concluye que la información topográfica que fue adquirida con mayor precisión sirve como base para la evaluación de la precisión de la información tomada indirectamente, utilizando estándares existentes en las normas técnicas colombianas.The purpose of this article is to conclude about the difference between the topographic information obtained indirectly through photogrammetric technologies (using unmanned aerial vehicles or light aircraft, and high resolution and non-metric cameras) and the threedimensional information obtained through direct measurement equipment of high-precision surveying. For this data extracted in vector format survey with coordinates (x, y, z) so they can be compared with the same information represented in raster format, which was extracted by digitizing the details interpreted in the image high resolution. After this, it takes an analysis of the accuracy of raster data considering vector data as the highprecision surveying and applying the current regulations in the country, in order to find the potential capabilities and applications that can have this kind of geographic information.Finally, the present analysis concludes that the topographic data was acquired with most accuracy than the raster data, then this is the base to the evaluation of the accuracy of the indirectly data, considering the actual standards presents in the Colombian regulation
