"In trying to find this specific grounds for incorporation as strategies that will help in reducing disinterest by some teachers and pursued taboo regarding ASI, showing an existing reality, if we turn away from this, we help increase the risks favor the occurrence of this social problem. To others in the development of this paper is to make clear the existing regulations ""Constitution, conventions, laws and decrees"" that protects the rights of children u / or adolescents, with the intention of also generating interest in the Company on knowledge and effectively protect the Defense of the Rights of children."Dentro del presente se intenta encontrar fundamentos específicos para incorporarlos como estrategias que contribuirán en la disminución de desinterés por parte de algunos docentes y tabú que persigue al A.S.I., mostrando una realidad existente, que si nos alejamos de esta, ayudamos a aumentar los riesgos que favorecen a la incidencia por esta problemática social. A demás en el desarrollo de este trabajo se pretende exponer claramente la Normatividad existente Constitución Política, Convenios, leyes y decretos que protege los Derechos de los niños, niñas u/o adolescentes, con la intención de generar también el interés de la Sociedad en el conocimiento y proteger efectivamente la Defensa de los derechos de los niños
