Spatial analysis with geomatics tools in the geographic border Belén de Bajirá village, located on the border between the departments of Choco and Antioquia (Colombia - South America)

Abstract

Las diferencias limítrofes son problemas que involucran conflictos en cuanto a la propiedad y adjudicación de tierras que pueden comprometer tanto a un individuo como a otro e incluso a varios. Es decir, problemas referentes a tierras o terrenos cuya limitación o jurisdicción no está determinada de manera clara. Tradicionalmente los límites fronterizos terrestres se han caracterizado por asociar aspectos geográficos identificables y observables, así como por demarcar la soberanía y la territorialidad de los entes administrativos. En Colombia se presentan algunos diferendos limítrofes internos en diferentes zonas del país. Actualmente existen múltiples litigios territoriales en Colombia. De acuerdo con información del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, Boyacá tiene litigios con Norte de Santander, Santander y Casanare. El problema más conocido de Boyacá está relacionado con la zona de explotación petrolera en inmediaciones de Cubará y Toledo (Norte de Santander). Cesar tiene líos fronterizos con Norte de Santander, mientras Caquetá los tiene con Meta. El Cauca tiene algunos inconvenientes limítrofes con Huila, mientras Antioquia los tienen con Córdoba y Chocó, y Atlántico con Bolívar. Para el presente análisis se evaluará a través de herramientas Geomáticas el diferendo limítrofe por el territorio del corregimiento de Belén de Bajirá, ubicado en la zona fronteriza de los departamentos de Antioquia y Chocó en la región del Urabá colombiano.The border disputes are problems involving conflicts regarding the allocation of land and property that may behoove both as an individual to another and even more than two.
