El propósito del presente documento es realizar un análisis a las reformas que se vienen presentando al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de Colombia- SGSSS, y como éstas marcan grandes cambios en la prestación de los servicios de salud y en especial, en la administración y pago de los recursos del FOSYGA, los cuales se encuentran administrados por el Consorcio SAYP 2011.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reforms that have been presented to the General System of Social Security in Health SGSSS Colombia, and how they make major changes in the provision of health services, especially in the administration and payment of FOSYGA resources, which are managed by the Consortium SAYP 2011
